At Bierlein, safety is more than a slogan, it's a company-wide commitment.
Bierlein's commitment to safety is confirmed by our past record and the numerous construction safety awards received.
An exclusive in-house safety and training staff directed by our Manager of Safety and Training and our Manager of Industrial Hygiene, provide a minimum of forty hours training annually for employees. Our involvement with several safety organizations allows us to remain current in industry safety standards. Wherever and whenever specific training is called for, our accredited instructors are available to insure that all personnel meet not only government standards, but the rigid Bierlein standards.
A semi-annual quality control review program, mandatory pre-employment, annual physicals, and employee safety incentive plan provide continual awareness of strict safety operating procedures. From standard written safety procedures to site specific
pre-job training and on-site controls, Bierlein believes in and practices safety - because safety pays.
Safety applies not only to our personnel, but to the Bierlein fleet of equipment. Strict, computer-monitored maintenance schedules, equipment replacement policies, and certified mechanics insure that when Bierlein equipment arrives the project will be completed efficiently and safely.
Many contractors talk safety, but Bierlein delivers safety ...
